Pairing this with something like a DODGE and SPD debuff, I feel like this would make him more viable in quite a few situations without taking away from the mentality of his class. Say, he's on the 1st position and a hero from 3rd position is pulled while the skill is active on the Leper, he'll stay there and the 3rd position hero will be brought to the 2nd position instead of the 1st.


That's why I was wondering if his +PROT buff couldn't feature a 1 round status that will work something like the Sodden Crew's Anchor attack, basically locking him into place. And the Leper wouldn't exactly fit with these kind of skills, since it has been said that he's a self-sufficient class whose skills focus only him. You'd either be pre-shuffling your group or completely reworking the party to have high move resist to prevent him from being shifted out of his two spots.Ĭlasses like the Houndmaster and Man-at-Arms have some unique skills like the Riposte or the Guard skill. Move skills (on other heroes) and the shuffle ability some mobs possess make the Leper a really risky pick in most of the areas. I have noticed something about the Leper, though, especially his place regarding the Darkest Dungeon area. Nevertheless, I feel like I can still suggest something like this, if only to see what the community thinks. Since the game is out of Early Access I doubt the Leper (or any class for that matter) is going to be receiving any big changes except for the to-be-added Merchant class.
